The Wildlife Trust for Birmingham and the Black Country

The Wildlife Trust for Birmingham and the Black Country was founded in 1980 as the Urban Wildlife Group, in 1982 it became the first urban Wildlife Trust, one of 47 covering the whole UK. The Wildlife Trust has been working to make Birmingham and the Black Country a better place for wildlife and people.

Sutton Coldfield Municipal Charities
Sutton Coldfield Municipal Charities was formally established in 1886 when Sutton Coldfield became a Borough. The Charity helps individuals and organisations in the former Borough of Sutton Coldfield whose boundaries, with a few minor exceptions, are those of the current four electoral wards. The Charities objectives are :- (1) To help the Aged, Sick, those with Disablities and the Poor. (2) To support facilities for Recreation and Leisure. (3) To promote the Arts and advance Religion. (4) The repair of Historic Buildings. (5) The advancement of Education through grants to Schools and to individuals, for fees, maintenance, clothing and equipment. Sutton Coldfiled Municipal Charities is based at Lingard House, Fox Hollies Road, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, B76 2RJ.
